Your role: Ensure that aspects of a product’s quality requirements per EQP quality level are met including supply-chain traceability, vendor assessment, raw material inspection and release, change control and batch review in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist in maintenance of ISO 9001 quality systems, in the areas of auditing (internal, supplier, and customer), training, cleaning, supplier qualification, environmental/water monitoring, complaint handling, regulatory filings, and documentation/record control. Assist with customer related documents, including supply chain declaration/affidavits and Certificate of Origin creation.
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology)
- 0-2 years experience in manufacturing, QA, QC, or other functional areas in a ISO 9001 environment applicable to the job
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 required
- Knowledge of other regulatory requirements (i.e., FDA, USDA, ICH, EDQM) desired.
- Current fine chemical industry knowledge &/or experience desired.
Essential and Critical Skills:
- Ensure acceptable product and process consistency.
- Interact with QA staff and other business functions.
- Communicate with internal sales, sales support and external customers
- Support company quality systems.
